Do you offer refunds? 

I do not offer refunds on original art or lost packages. Once the package is shipped, it is out of my control what happens to the package. Check tracking numbers frequently. Make sure someone is home/able to receive the package to limit the possibility of theft. However, if package arrives damaged in any way, please take pictures prior to opening and after, keep all original packing materials as they may be needed for insurance purposes with your local USPS. All original art is insured at full price of piece by USPS, please contact your local USPS about damaged products prior to contacting the artist. 

Most merchandise (ex: hoodies, socks, bags, etc.) are made by a third party provider. Meaning, the artist does not actually produce the items themselves. If anything come back unlike the item ordered please take pictures of the item and contact the artist asap, to get it corrected.
